La Otra Milonga

La Otra Milonga brings a different flavour of tango. We organise Milongas in Edinburgh, and sometimes other argentine tango events too. It is not just about playing a particular type of music in a new venue, and it is not the people, who also go to the other milongas. So what is it? At La Otra we do not believe in being purists! For us Tango expression much more than simply a music style or a dance form.

Our aim is to experiment and play with interpretations of tango, exploring it through a colourful range of music and themes. Combining this with a delectable mix of specially prepared gourmet food and drink, we hope to create a tango event that can be enjoyed by all.
